An important play about Canada’s not so glorious past when Chinese men were not allowed to bring over their families – just a reminder that we’re not the Kumbaya country that we think we are. This play certainly has resonance for today.

A harrowing original play depicting parallel lives during World War ll – a Japanese Canadian family sent into the interior and a Canadian soldier in a Japanese prison of war camp. Not an easy watch, but beautifully told.
